Empathy is a pedagogic and educative category and justifies the notion of vicarious intentionality defining either the empathy structure or the proper dynamic of the educative process. According to the language of classical philosophy and pedagogy, this essay deals with it as an ethic and dianoetic virtue. The core of the whole becomes the phenomenology of empathy, the analysis of the constitutive intentionalities of such a singular personal virtue: the free disposal, the ethic attitude and the spiritual request.

Tra le numerose opere di Jean-Paul Sartre, la monografia del 1943 su “L’essere e il nulla” viene comunemente considerata lo scritto fondamentale del filosofo francese. Quest’opera risulta essere l’esplicazione, o la maturazione, della fenomenologia trascendentale assimilata da Sartre negli anni della sua giovinezza. Among the numerous works of Jean-Paul Sartre, the 1943 monograph on “Being and Nothingness” is commonly considered the French philosopher's fundamental writing. This work turns out to be the explication, or the maturation, of the transcendental phenomenology assimilated by Sartre in the years of his youth.

Traditionally, syllogisms are arguments with two premises and one conclusion which are constructed by propositions of the form “All S are P ” and “At least one S is P ” and their respective negated versions. We will discuss probabilistic notions of the existential import and the basic sentences type.
